FAQ's & Policies

šŸ›’ SHIPPING, RETURNS & ORDER INFO

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada, the U.S., and internationally to countries supported by our print provider. If your country is available at checkout, we’ll ship there.

How long will it take to get my order?
Every item is made to order. Allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 5–14 days for shipping, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s ready.

On averageĀ we seeĀ 2-3 business days in production, plus 5-7 days for shipping.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each piece is custom-printed, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at barelybloomedapparel@ gmail.com within 7 days and we’ll do our very best to make it right.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please check the size chart before ordering. We don’t offer returns for sizing issues, but we’re working toward more flexible solutions down the road.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to all countries available through our fulfillment network. If your country appears at checkout, we can deliver there.

Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. If you’re trying to gift someone Barely Bloomed, shoot us a message — we’ll figure it out for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Likely not. Only if it hasn’t gone into production yet — which usually happens within a few hours.

Email barelybloomedapparel@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll try to catch it in time.

How do I know what size to get?
Use the size chart in our menu. If you're between sizes,Ā go up for a looser fit. Most items are unisex unless stated otherwise.

šŸž ABOUT THE LAND

We’re currently working toward one very special property - it's riverfront, with white sand beaches, clean water, and enough space for everyone to breathe. I’m in direct contact with the owner, and the values align in a way that feels rare.

If we get it, we’ll build the sanctuary there. If we don’t, we’ll do it somewhere just as serene. This isn’t about one plot of land — it’s about what we do with it. Wherever the sanctuary ends up, the mission doesn’t change.

🐾 ABOUT THE ANIMALS

There’s no flashy checklist — just the obvious truth: animals that need a second chance deserve one. There will be space. There will be time. And if an animal’s next stop is death unless someone steps in — we’ll be that someone, especially for senior dogs and those most at risk.

šŸŽ„ WILL YOU SHOW THE JOURNEY?

Absolutely. This project is built on transparency and trust. We’ll be sharing updates across social, through emails, and eventually in longer-form content as the sanctuary takes shape. You’ll see the land. You’ll see the animals. You’ll see the truth.

This is for real — and you’ll be part of it every step of the way.

🐾 SANCTUARY & DONATION QUESTIONS

Are you a registered charity?
No. We’re a clothing brand funding a private sanctuary, not a nonprofit — we don’t issue tax receipts, just real updates and results.

Where does the money go?
10% of profits go to Humane Societies.
The rest funds the creation of a private animal sanctuary — the land, the fencing, the care, the peace.

Is the sanctuary open to the public?
No. It’s not a tourist spot. It’s a quiet, private place for animals to live out their lives safely. We’ll share updates, not the address.

Can I donate directly?
We don’t accept direct donations.
This isn’t about charity — it’s about building something real and giving you something to wear while you help do it.

Will you show proof of donations?
Yes. We’ll share screenshots or receipts on social or through email updates. Transparency matters.

When will the sanctuary be built?
There’s no countdown clock, but as soon as the progress meter is filled, we'll break ground. This is aĀ lifetime project, not a campaign. We’re building it slowly and intentionally — and you’ll see every step.

Will you be rescuing animals yourself?
Yes. Eventually, the goal is to personally rescue and care for senior animals. It won’t be flashy. Just honest.

Why not help people instead?
Because animals don’t get to ask for help.
This project is for the ones who’ve been forgotten — the ones who don’t get clicks, the ones who outlived their usefulness.

Can I volunteer or help in person?
Not yet. In the future, we will open limited opportunities. For now, the best way to help is by buying something, spreading the word, or simply watching the journey unfold.
